An der italienischen Riviera, mit einer  wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer, befindet sich das Royal Hotel ***** L Sanremo. Die Geschichte des Hotels geht weit in die Vergangenheit zurück, in die Zeit wo Königin Margret das Hotel genossen hat.  Seit dieser Zeit hat sich vieles geändert aber eines ist gleich geblieben - das Hotel bietet  Luxus, Service und italienischen Stil und das alles auf hohem Niveau.

Lage und Angebot

Nur 50 Minuten entfernt von Nizza oder 30 Minuten von Monte-Carlo befindlich, ist das Hotel leicht erreichbar und leicht zu finden. Das Gebäude ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen privaten Garten, in dem sich ein Pool mit geheiztem Meereswasser befindet. Die Kapazität und der Standard des Royal***** L Hotels entspricht einem 5 Sterne Hotel: 126  Zimmer und Suiten, 19 davon sind Junior Suiten und 17 Deluxe Suiten- alle mit Klimaanlage, Plasma TV, Wi-Fi und was wichtig zu erwähnen ist – viele dieser bieten einen  Ausblick auf das Meer.  Weitere  Angebote des Hotels sind die Konferenz/Meeting Räumlichkeiten, ein Festsaal, ein Fitness Studio, der Haarsalon, Garagen, 24 Stunden Zimmer Service und vieles mehr…

                                                               Das Restaurant und die Bar

Das Restaurant war für uns ein besonderes Erlebnis. Das Essen das wir gekostet haben ist für jeden empfehlenswert.  Vom Fisch über Reis in der Champagner- Sauce oder Hummer, alles war köstlich und wunderbar. Die heimischen Weine die uns serviert wurden, hatten eine leichte Note die perfekt zum Abendessen passte und eine Harmonie schufen.  Der Saal bzw. das Restaurant, Flora di Murani, bietet Weine an, die man in exklusiven Restaurants findet, mediterrane und internationale Küche, eine Salat-Bar, ein Buffet oder à la carte Menü. Und nach dem Abendessen haben wir die Live Musik in der Piano-Bar genossen. An dieser Stelle muss ich erwähnen, dass das Personal nicht nur freundlich und professionell ist, sondern auch sehr humorvoll, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

                                                                     Royal Wellness und Sport

Was ich besonders genossen habe war der Spa-Bereich. Ausgestattet mit einer Sauna, Hammam, ein Pool mit Hydromassage, eine emotionale Dusche und die Ecke mit Kräutertee, Obst und Saft. In der Lounge des Royal Wellness kann man sich entspannen, oder einfach den Pool oder die Sauna genießen, was wir jeden Tag gemacht haben. Natürlich sind auch diverse Massagen und andere Behandlungen angeboten worden,  wie auch die „Entspannungs-Wolke“. Ich habe dieses Angebot getestet und ich muss sagen, dass es so angenehm war, dass ich fast eingeschlafen bin. Die Produkte die verwendet werden, sind von Decleor und Payot Paris für Männer, was auch zeigt auf welchem Niveau sich das Royal Wellness befindet.

Sanremo ist eine schöne kleine italienische Stadt, die nicht nur für ihre Musik Festivals bekannt ist, sondern auch für die schönen Fahrradstrecken. Die 20km lange Strecke geht direkt neben dem Meer entlang und ist sicher interessant für alle die einen aktiven Urlaub vorziehen. Für jene die mehr eine andere Art Adrenalin lieben, gibt es ein Casino das nur 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt ist.
Royal Hotel ***** L Sanremo hält was es verspricht und Sie werden wie wir sicher jeden Moment genießen. Es ist empfehlenswert.
